The engineer arrived earlier than expected, this is not a bad thing, he was friendly and chatty, all work completed to a high standard, will recommend to friends and family if the need arises
Very pleased with the service, my husband even commented on how despite the young mans age (he was 19) he was very polite, knew what he was talking about and confident in his role. A credit to himself and his family.

A really friendly engineer, would of given 5 stars, but there is fine black dust everywhere, i thought it would be better concealed and they worked within a tunnel to stop the soot going all over everything in the front room....luckily i do not have white sofas

All was good. Booking easy and Dan was early for his appointment but did check beforehand if it was convenient, it was. Very friendly and polite, got on and cleaned the 2 chimneys, job done. Vey happy with the service and nothing to complain about.

Dan and his associate were very professional and done a great job, there is a problem with one of the flues that they informed me about so when I've rectified it I'll have them back to do that one, it's good to find a decent and reliable tradesman who does a good job so will use you every year from now on.
